Florida Resident Special
Stay 3 nights and receive a 4th night free. Blackout dates apply and include holidays. 3-night minimum
stay required. Must present a valid Florida driver's license at check-in.

Rental Guidelines
Our rental guidelines are designed to ensure all guests have
a fun vacation. For example, check-in/check-out schedules
are essential in order to properly clean units. But, we’ll try
to help you maximize playtime on arrival/departure days.
Arrival/Departure
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. If you anticipate arrival after
6:00 p.m., please call our office to make arrangements.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. In order to guarantee our
guests a clean rental and avoid delays, we ask that all
guests abide by our check-in time of 4:00 p.m. and check-out
time of 11:00 a.m.
Pets
Designated units are available for pets, provided your pet will not disturb your
neighbors. There is a limit of two pets per unit, with a thirty-five pound weight
limit per pet. Additional fees and taxes apply.
All units are furnished and include linens and kitchen
amenities. For your convenience and comfort, you may
request additional housekeeping services. Rates subject to
change without notice. During holiday periods, rate increases
may apply. Additional taxes and fees may apply.
