Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!
Tradewinds Beach Resort’s Private Beach is available for your ceremony and/or reception. Please see below for detailed package information.

We are able to accommodate small rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions on property. We can accommodate up to 20 people in designated apartments for a buffet style meal. An additional fee is required. Parking on site is available for registered guests only.

BEACH RENTAL INFORMATION
Package 1~
Ceremony $600
Cordoned off section of the beach for your ceremony
Assistance with vendor recommendations, reception locations etc
Day of ceremony assistance with escorting guests across the street to the ceremony and back
For Package #1, a minimum of 10 rooms must to be booked. Parking on site is available for registered guests only.

Package 2 ~
Receptions or events in apartments require an additional $300.00 event fee.
(Bay Front North and Penthouse require a $500 event fee).
For Package #2, a minimum of 10 rooms must to be booked. Parking on site is available for registered guests only.

Package 3 ~
Beach Rental and reception without tent: $750
(Does not include cost of tent or permit)
Cordoned off section of the beach for your ceremony and reception
Assistance with vendor recommendations, caterers etc
Day of event assistance with escorting guests across the street to the event and back
For Package #3, a minimum of 10 rooms must to be booked. Parking on site is available for registered guests only.

Package 4 ~
Beach Rental with tent: $1000 for your ceremony and reception
Includes cost of tent & permit (and Pergola when complete)
Cordoned off section of the beach
Recommended tent vendor to assist with permit
Assistance with vendor recommendations, caterers etc
Day of event assistance with escorting guests across the street to the event and back
For Package #4, a minimum of 10 rooms must to be booked. Parking on site is available for registered guests only.

All events on property & beach (except Turtle Season – see below) must be finished by 10pm. All rental items must be removed from apartments upon check out. Unfortunately we cannot store rental items. Parking on site is available for registered guests only.

During Turtle Season (May thru October) all rentals must be removed from the beach by 8 pm. All events on property must be finished by 10 pm. If rentals are not removed from the beach by 8 pm, an additional $500 will be charged for removal of any items.

We offer the following discounts for your guests for non-holiday periods. (Minimum night stays will apply)

• *Three or more nights 10% (All three nights must be in the same apartments), or
• *Seven or more nights 15% (All seven nights must be in the same apartments), or
• *Buy three get one free (All four nights in same apartments and date restrictions apply), or
• *Weekly Rates (As shown on the website, + departure cleaning fee)

(The above discounts cannot be combined. All rates are subject to 11.5% sales tax)
